Introducing the YEMA Superman Bronze CMM.10

French watchmaker Yema has unveiled the Superman Bronze CMM.10, the brand's first model equipped with their new 3-hand Manufacture CMM.10 calibre, featuring chronometric precision, a 70-hour power reserve, and high resistance to magnetic fields and shocks.

Presented in two dial colours (gradient blue and lacquered black) and available in 39 mm and 41 mm, each Superman Bronze CMM.10 model is limited to 1,948 numbered copies. The brand has chosen to make them available through a Kickstarter campaign, commencing on November 10th.

The brushed/polished bronze case features a unidirectional rotating bezel graduated over 60 minutes, entirely crafted from bronze with a circular brushed finish. Water resistance is guaranteed up to a pressure of 30 bar, equivalent to approximately 300 metres / 990 feet.

Protected by a double-domed sapphire crystal measuring 2.20 mm in height, the dial of the Superman Bronze CMM.10 introduces the new MANUFACTURE FRANÇAISE signature at 6 o'clock to signify the watch's origin.

The typical hour and minute Superman hands are here integrated by a new lollipop seconds hand. To enhance legibility in all lighting conditions, a crucial feature for any diver's watch, the hands, the indexes, and the bezel marker at 12 o'clock have been treated with Grade A Super-LumiNova.

Visible through a transparent sapphire crystal, the CMM.10 caliber is manufactured in the Yema workshops in Morteau (CMM stands for Calibre Manufacture Morteau) and characterised by a mainplate’s symmetrical architecture with high quality regulating organs and shock absorbers.

Beating at a frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 vibrations per hour), it offers a power reserve of 70 hours. 

Paired with specially designed Tropic straps crafted from high-performance FKM rubber and featuring a buckle in IP bronze, the new Yema Superman Bronze CMM.10 will be introduced at a promotional price of Euro 999 (Euro 1,199 including tax for EU residents), with shipping expected to begin in April-May 2024. yema.com
