A classic bicompax chronograph commemorating 25 years of precision

German watchmaker Sinn has presented the 356 Pilot Classic Anniversary, a limited edition of 500 watches designed to celebrate the 25th anniversary of this model series.

This classic chronograph comes in a 38.5 mm x 15 mm case made from stainless steel with a satin-brushed finish. Equipped with a screw-down crown, it guarantees water resistance to 100 metres / 300 feet.

A domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides protects the bicompax anthracite dial with silver counters, chronograph 30-minutes at 3 o'clock and running seconds at 9 o'clock. 

For the first time in this model series, the dial has been decorated with an applied Sinn logo at 12 o'clock and, at 6 o'clock, the ‘FLIEGER KLASSIK’ lettering as a special tribute. The outer minute track is divided into quarters of a second for short-time measurement.

Just like the large numerals, the central hands (hours, minutes and chronograph seconds) are filled with luminous paint for optimal readability in any light conditions.

Visible through a transparent sapphire crystal, the automatic SW 510 calibre from Swiss manufacturer Sellita beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) and offers a power reserve of 56 hours.

Delivered with two straps made from nubuck boar leather, the new Sinn 356 Pilot Classic Anniversary is available at a retail price of Euro 2,990. sinn.de
