With the launch of the new Luminor Luna Rossa Quaranta BiTempo PAM01404, Panerai confirms once again the role of Official Sponsor of the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli Team on the occasion of the 37th America’s Cup to be held in Barcelona in 2024.

Thanks to its GMT feature, the new model can simultaneously track the time in two different time zones.

The sun-brushed blue dial is enlivened by the red used for the central arrow-headed GMT hand and the small seconds hand at 9 o'clock.

The Arabic numerals, the hour markers and all the hands are filled with white Super-LumiNova glowing in green in poor light conditions. The date aperture at 3 o'clock completes the dial indications.

Measuring 40 mm in diameter, the stainless steel case is satin-brushed, with the exception of the polished bezel, and characterised by the signature Safety Lock crown protection device. Water resistance is guaranteed up to 100 metres / 330 feet.

Visible through the transparent sapphire crystal case back, the automatic P.900/GMT operates at a frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 vibrations per hour) with a power reserve of 3 days.

The Panerai Luminor Quaranta Bitempo Luna Rossa PAM01404 is paired with a bi-material rubber/textile strap in a Luna Rossa dark blue, with a red stripe that features the team’s logo. It is equipped with a practical Click Release System  allowing clients to change straps with a simple click and release operation. The lug width is 22 mm.
