Nomos Glashütte is introducing the new Ahoi neomatik 38 date in two variations featuring golden sands and sky blue dials.

The new models - whose Ahoi name is a reference to the Ahoy signal word used by people in boats to attract attention - come in a new stainless steel case size measuring 38.5 mm x 9.9 mm and ensuring water resistance up to 20 ATM (200 metres / 660 feet). 

The design of their round cases is characterised by two guards that protect the screwed-down crown from impacts.  An evident red crown stem warns when the crown is not fully screwed down. 

Protected by sapphire crystals with anti-reflective coating on both sides, the new dials in shiny golden sands and clear sky blue hues offer an optimal contrast to the black indexes/numerals, the green-luminescent hour markers on the outer ring, and the rhodium-plated hands, which stand out clearly in any light conditions thanks to a white Super-LumiNova coating that glows in green in the dark. The orange seconds hand adds a touch of colour.

Inside the slim case of the Ahoi neomatik 38 date, the Nomos calibre DUW 6101, an extra-thin automatic movement with proprietary swing system and patented date mechanism, operates at 21,600 vibrations per hour with a power reserve of up to 42 hours.

Nomos Glashütte  offers the possibility to choose between a solid stainless steel back, ideal for engravings, or a sapphire crystal one that showcases the movement. Prices are as follows:
