Bulgari - Aluminium Capri Editions

Bulgari released Aluminium Capri Solotempo 103815 and the Aluminium Capri Chronograph 103844 to celebrate the island of Capri. Price €3600 and €5200

Bulgari released two limited edition models from its Aluminium collection to celebrate the beauty of the island of Capri.

Characterised by the Mediterranean shade of blue of their gradient dials, the two timepieces, each in a limited edition of 1000 pieces, come in 40 mm aluminium cases with Bvlgari Bvlgari bezels in blue rubber.

The casebacks, in titanium with black DLC coating, are engraved with the Faraglioni of Capri, the three towering rock formations that have become an iconic emblem of the Italian island’s natural beauty. Titanium with black DLC coating is also used for the crowns and for the chronograph push buttons.

The Bulgari Aluminium Capri Solotempo model is powered by the automatic calibre B77, which also features a date display. The power reserve is 42 hours. 

The dark blue indices and hour/minute hands are enhanced by Super-LumiNova while the central seconds hand is silvered with a yellow tip to make it stand out and enhance the overall aesthetic.

Driven by the self-winding 4 Hz (28,800 vibrations per hour) calibre B130, the Bulgari Aluminium Capri Chronograph features a tri-compax layout with luminescent hands and indices for improved legibility. The yellow used for the tip of the central chronograph seconds hand and for the counter hands adds sportiness. Like the automatic model, the power reserve is 42 hours.

Water resistant to 100 metres / 330 feet, the two watches are secured to the wrist by integrated bracelets in blue rubber with aluminium central links and an aluminium pin buckle.
