MeisterSinger - Classic No.03 40 mm

MeisterSinger has revamped one of its classics, the No.03 40 mm.

The No.03 is characterised by a single hand and double-digit hour markings on the dial (even the names of the models are expressed in double digits). The large needle-sharp hand sweeps over the 12 hours divided by 144 markers, each representing 5 minutes.

More elegant in this smaller version (the No.03 is also offered in several variations housed in 43 mm cases), the new No.03 40 mm is available in two dial versions, black (ref. DM902C) and ivory (ref. DM903C).

Both are characterised by an outer ring marking the 30-minute intervals. Contributing to the classic look of this model, the fine serif font of the numerals is balanced by stylish cognac accents echoed in the stitching of the straps. 

Differently from the MeisterSinger No.01 and No.02 that are powered by hand-wound movements, the No.03 features a self-winding one: a modified Swiss-made Sellita SW200 beating at a frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 vibrations per hour). 

Visible through the 6 screws exhibition caseback, the rotor engraved with the logo of the brand provides the watch with a power reserve of 38 hours. 

The N°03 40 mm is the first series watch from MeisterSinger to feature vegan straps made of apple fiber (very similar to natural leather in terms of quality, look and comfort) and delivered in an environment-friendly packaging that from now on will be extended to all of the other watches of the brand.
