The new Panerai Luminor Calendario Perpetuo Goldtech PAM01269 combines a perpetual calendar  complication with a smoked sapphire crystal dial that allows complete visibility of the day and date discs.

A limited-edition available in only 33 pieces, the new watch comes in 44 mm case made of Goldtech, 750‰ gold with platinum, with highly polished surfaces except for the the satin-brushed crown-protecting device, caseback and buckle.

Protected by a sapphire crystal, the smoked sapphire dial is enriched by applied Arabic numerals and hour markers filled with Super-LumiNova. Visually balancing the day of the week and date indications positioned at 3 o’clock, the subdial at 9 o'clock features the small seconds and the day-night indicator that operates in conjunction with the arrow-tipped GMT hand that indicates a second time zone.

Through the sapphire caseback the month, year, leap year and power reserve indicators are visible.

Beating at a frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 vph), the automatic movement P.4100 offers intuitive setting that requires no corrector or tools, permitting adjustments to the day, date, month and year through rotating the crown in either direction. Moreover, there are no limitations to the freedom to make adjustments, including during month-end periods and approaching midnight. 

A 22-karat micro-rotor winds and stores energy in two barrels guaranteeing a power reserve of 3 days.

The watch is water resistant up to 5 bar (about 50 metres / 165 feet deep) and completed by a black patina alligator strap with a trapezoidal pin buckle in Panerai Goldtechp. A screwdriver to remove the buckle accompanies the watch together with a black rubber second strap.

Each buyer of the Luminor Goldtech Calendario Perpetuo will be invited to a journey to the seat of Panerai heritage, the city of Florence and the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The experience will include events that combine cuisine, culture and tours of historical sites.
