Tudor introduced the Black Bay Pro, a new GMT model offering a dual time zone function to keep track of local time without losing sight of the time in another time zone.

The 39 mm case in satin-brushed and polished stainless steel features a 24-hour graduated satin-brushed fixed bezel and a redesigned screw-down crown - with the signature Tudor rose in relief - that contributes to make the watch water resistant to 200 metres / 660 feet.

Protected by a sapphire crystal, the domed black dial is characterised by the yellow 24-hour “Snowflake” hand used for the reference time as well as by the large applied hour markers made from monobloc luminous ceramic. 

Local time is indicated by another, shorter “Snowflake” hand set by a jumping hour, which can be moved either backwards or forwards. The date, displayed through an aperture positioned at 3 o’clock, is coupled with the local time hand so that when setting the time and passing midnight in retrograde, it instantly jumps to the previous day. 

The Black Bay Pro is powered by the Tudor proprietary Calibre MT5652 beating at the frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 vibrations per hour) and offering an autonomy of approximately 70 hours.

Certified as a chronometer by the Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC), this movement is equipped with a non-magnetic silicon balance spring.

The watch can be matched to a black fabric strap with a yellow band, a hybrid strap in black rubber and fabric with folding clasp or a stainless steel bracelet with visible rivet heads on the side of the bracelet. A new bracelet clasp, with a rapid size-adjustment system allowing the wearer to easily adjust the bracelet length by approximately 8 mm, completes the list of new features in this model.
