MeisterSinger - Perigraph Mellow Yellow

MeisterSinger presented the Perigraph Mellow Yellow, a 200-piece limited edition. The Perigraph Mellow Yellow ref.S-AM1025 has a price of €1,790.

The Perigraph is one of the classics of the single-hand watch specialist MeisterSinger. It was introduced 20 years ago and it still is one of the bestsellers of the German watchmaker.

Several variations have been designed in this time frame, all of them featuring the distinctive open date disk and, of course, a single hand to indicate the time: needle-sharp, this large hand sweeps over the 12 hours divided by 144 markers, each representing 5 minutes.

In 2021, and only for this year, the Perigraph is also available in a special 200-piece limited edition, the Perigraph Mellow Yellow, characterised by a bold look created by the contrast between steel blue and yellow with just a touch of red.

The date ring rotates freely around the center of the dial. A small arrow at 12 o’clock points to the current date, which advances one step each day at midnight. 

The round case is 43 mm in diameter and 11.5 mm high, domed sapphire crystal included, and guarantees water-resistance up to 5 bar (approximately 50 metres / 165 feet). Crafted from stainless steel, it features a polished finish. The large crown is adorned with an embossed MeisterSinger logo, the musical notation for a pause.

Beating at the frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 vibration per hour) with a 38-hour power reserve , the Swiss automatic movement and its efficient rotor can be viewed through the 6-screwed glass exhibition back. The glass reflects the limited-edition status of this model stating the number of pieces produced: 1 of 200 worldwide.
