Norqain - Adventure NEVEREST GMT

Norqain is launching the Adventure NEVEREST GMT in three colour variations: royal blue, forest green and sunset orange. Prices start from CHF 3,530

Following the launch of the new Adventure NEVEREST line last August with three 3-hand models (you can read about them here), Norqain is now presenting the Adventure NEVEREST GMT in three colour variations - royal blue, forest green and sunset orange - and a wide range of straps and bracelets for a total of twelve variations.

All models come in a sturdy 41 mm 316L stainless steel case alternating satin-brushed and polished surfaces and equipped with a bidirectional rotating bezel enhanced by a black ceramic ring. The guard-protected crown is screwed making the watch water resistant up to a pressure of 10 bar (approximately 100 metres / 330 feet).

The signature NORQAIN plate on the left side is engraved with “NEVEREST” but, on request, it can be personalised with a name, motto or date. 

                                             

The orange model has an all-black look thanks to a DLC (Diamond-Like-Carbon) coating which further improves resistance to scratches and corrosion.

Protected by double anti-reflective sapphire crystals, the dials are characterised by the typical Norqain pattern. The time in a second time zone is easily legible with a 24-hour scale around the central GMT hand. The indexes and the faceted hands are treated with X1 Super-LumiNova for improved legibility in poor light conditions. Indications are completed by the date aperture at 3 o'clock.

The new creations are all equipped with the independent brand’s proprietary Calibre NN20/2, produced in collaboration with movement manufacturer Kenissi. 

Guaranteeing a 70-hour, weekend-proof power reserve, this self-winding mechanical movement is certified by COSC as a chronometer and offers an innovative jumping hour feature that makes it possible to safely and easily set the time for a new time zone without losing a second. 

The royal blue and forest green model have prices of CHF 3,530 with flex fabric strap or black rubber strap, CHF 3,590 with NATO rubber strap and CHF 3,730 with steel bracelet. The sunset orange version with DLC-coating retails at CHF 3,870 with flex fabric strap or black rubber strap, CHF 3,950 with NATO rubber strap and CHF 4,240 with DLC-coated steel bracelet.
