Pisa launched a platform for watch enthusiasts called Pisa Circle, a digital showcase of the products offered by the historical Milan-based retailer
Located in downtown Milan, in the renowned Montenapoleone District, the history of Pisa begins in 1940 when two brothers started their own activities in Milan: Divino Pisa founded the first Italian clock-making school and opened a laboratory while Osvaldo Pisa established a small workshop in via Verri, where the company is still headquartered today.
In the post-war years, Pisa became a reference point not only for the Milanese people but also for an increasingly international clientele. In this period, younger brother Ugo joined Divino and Osvaldo to further expand the business.
Lead by Maristella, Ugo's daughter, and her daughter Chiara, Pisa is today one of the best watchmaking shops in Europe for tradition, expertise and product offering. Together with its multi-brand store, Pisa also carries mono-brand boutiques for A. Lange & Sohne, Hublot, Patek Philippe, Rolex and Vacheron Constantin.
Certified by the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie (FHH) as Expert Advisor, reserved for the best specialists in the promotion and sales of high quality watches, Pisa is also one of the historic workshops in Milan, a certification released by the municipality to activities with a minimum of 50 consecutive years in business that maintained, at least partially, the original shop furnishings.
Pisa is now launching a new platform for watch enthusiasts and collectors called Pisa Circle, a digital showcase of the products - wristwatches, clocks, watch accessories and jewelry - available through the company.
The impressive range of products - over 2,000 from no less than 30 brands - can be easily explored through the pages of the dedicated web site from any electronic device.
It is important to mention that Pisa Circle is not an e-commerce and this is a plus in our opinion. E-commerce is not always the best way to go. Purchasing a precious timepiece is a much more rewarding experience when you can interact and negotiate with a trustable sales advisor that can support you in the buying process.
With Pisa Circle, you can browse the products of many brands, discover exclusive editions, even unique pieces available only at Pisa, and when you have found a piece that you are interested in, with just few clicks, you can obtain detailed information, arrange a telephone appointment or a video call and, of course, schedule a meeting in person at the boutique. This approach wants to remark the importance of human relationships, a foundation on which Pisa built its long-lasting success.
After selecting one of the main brands represented by Pisa, you can then choose the collection of your interest and have a complete overview of all the references of that line.
For example, while browsing the Panerai listings, you can find an ultra rare and spectacular L’Astronomo Luminor 1950 Tourbillon Moon Phases Equation of Time GMT, one of the most exclusive creations of the brand (more on this soon).
Or, if you take a look at the IWC Portugieser family, you can appreciate the Portugieser Annual Calendar "Pisa Edition", a 25-piece edition created for the Milanese retailer.
In the coming months, we will bring to your attention other rarities or special pieces. In the meanwhile, we suggest you to make your own exploration of the outstanding offering at Pisa Circle.
Pretty impressed! Definitely not an ordinary retailer.
