The design of the Bvlgari Aluminium 2020 has been changed in order to improve the comfort on the wrist thanks to reshaped lugs to adapt to the new case size. The three-hand version of the Bvlgari Aluminium has a retail price of Euro 2,950 (ref. 103382 and ref. 103445) while the Bvlgari Aluminium Chronograph ref. 103383 retails at Euro 4,250.
It was 1998 when Bulgari first launched the Aluminium, an innovative sporty looking watch in aluminium and rubber. The bracelet of the watch was a combination of black rubber and aluminum links and buckle. The innovation of Aluminium inspired the design of future Bulgari watches to come (you can read the history of Bulgari watches here).
This year, Bulgari is revisiting this iconic model with several improvements.

Very important, the 2020 versions no longer house mechatronic-quartz movements but instead mechanical self-winding movements, an evolution enabled by the now fully integrated Bvlgari Manufacture.
Moreover, the aluminium alloy is now more resistant and the rubber technical features have been improved as well.
Going more into detail, Bulgari presented a three-hand model available in two variations and a chronograph with panda dial.
The three-hand model comes in a 40 mm aluminium case with rubber bezel, titanium with DLC treatment crown and titanium caseback with DLC treatment. It is offered with a warm grey dial (ref. 103382) or a black dial (ref. 103445), both with just a touch of red.
Equipped with the automatic B77 caliber beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour with 42 hours of power reserve, the watch is water resistant to 100 metres / 330 feet. Both variations have a retail price of Euro 2,950.
The Bvlgari Aluminium Chronograph ref. 103383 is also housed in a 40 mm aluminium case with rubber bezel, titanium with DLC treatment push buttons and crown, and titanium caseback with DLC treatment. The warm grey dial has black counters and SLN indexes and hands.
The movement of choice for this model is the mechanical B130 caliber with automatic winding, integrated chronograph and date. Like for the three-hand models, the autonomy is 42 hours. The price is Euro 4,250.
