This model is now available with a case crafted from the ALW (Alloy Linde Werdelin) proprietary metal alloy that offers extreme weight reduction and strength.
In particular, Linde Werdelin uses colourless ALW further enhancing it with a protective layer that contributes to achieve twice the strength of steel and half the weight of titanium. Surfaces are then improved with satin and microbillé finishes.
Water resistant to 300 metres / 1,000 feet, this 44 mm (width) x 46 mm (length) x 15 mm (height) case features a fixed black ceramic bezel with circular satin finish. The bezel screws and the screw-down crown are made of titanium.
Protected by a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment on the inside, the skeletonised dial is rich of details. The hour indexes, the numerals and the company logo are filled with white Super-LumiNova emitting a blue glow while the hands and the moon phases glow in green.
The photorealistic moon phases are visible through the aperture at 6 o’clock. The blue “0” indicates the current moon phase while the orange numbers toindicate past and future phases.
The watch is powered by the Linde Werdelin-customised Dubois Dépraz automatic calibre 14580 that beats at a frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 vibrations per hour) with a power reserve of 42 hours. The back case is engraved with a multi-layer octopus motif.
