To achieve this remarkable result, the 41 mm case, caseback and crown are crafted from an alloy called Gamma Titanium, a special material used in the aeronautical industry that is harder and lighter than conventional titanium.
The dial is fashioned from sandblasted Grade 5 titanium and features stripes in negative relief. To further lighten the weight of the watch without affecting its visual impact, Omega reduced the amount of material used on the back of the dial.
For enhanced comfort, the push-in crown can be stowed inside the case when not in use.
The matt finishing helps eliminating any potentially disturbing glare while reinforcing the technical style.
The “Ultra Light” is driven by Omega’s first-ever titanium movement, the hand-wound Calibre 8928 with Co-Axial escapement.
All the bridges and the main plate are in ceramised titanium, which means there's less friction between the components and it gives the movement this special dark grey colour. As a certified Master Chronometer approved by the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS), this innovative is movement is resistant to magnetic fields of 15,000 gauss and guarantees 72 hours of power reserve.

The price makes it out of my interest. I think they did it to introduce some technologies that hopefully will be made available in more affrodable watches.
