Alpina - Seastrong Diver Heritage

Two new Seastrong Diver Heritage timepieces complete a collection that Alpina presented in 2016 as a tribute to the Alpina 10 Super Compressor diving watch introduced in 1969. Adjusted to modern standards, the Alpina Seastrong Diver Heritage has a suggested retail price of Swiss Francs 1,595 / Euro 1,595.

Two new Seastrong Diver Heritage timepieces enrich a collection that Alpina presented in 2016 as a tribute to the Alpina 10 Super Compressor diving watch introduced in 1969.

Adjusted to modern standards, the new Alpina Seastrong Diver Heritage comes in a 42 mm stainless steel case with bronze color PVD treatment with two screw-in crowns at 2 and 4 o’clock.

The top crown has a grid-like pattern and is used to adjust the rotating inner diving bezel while the bottom crown is used to set the time and date. The watch can resist water pressure up to 30 bar, corresponding to a diving depth of 300 meters /1000 feet.

The brown color dial is available in two variations: with brown (ref. AL-525BR4H4) or cream rotating inner bezel (ref. AL-525BRC4H4) and beige or brown markers, respectively.

The rose gold-plated indexes and hands are treated with beige Super-LumiNova for enhanced legibility in poor light conditions. The indications are completed by the date window at 4 o’clock.

The new model is powered by an automatic movement based on a Sellita SW 200 modified by Alpina and renamed caliber AL-525. Offering a 38-hour power reserve, it beats at a frequency of 4 Hz or 28,800 vibrations per hour.
