Ulysse Nardin is expanding its Diver Collection with four new Diver Chronometer models. In addition to the traditional blue and all-black versions, Ulysse Nardin is presenting also the Diver Great White and a Monaco Limited Edition.
A diving watch crafted to withstand up to 300 meters / 1,000 feet of water pressure, the new Diver Chronometer features an imposing 44 mm titanium case enhanced by the unidirectional, concave bezel. Rubber guards protect the crown.
A domed sapphire glass protects the dial which offers excellent legibility, even in the dark or at great depths, thanks to the Super-LumiNova treatment used for indexes and hands. The power reserve indicator at 12 o’clock is visually balanced by the small seconds sub-dial at 6 o’clock which also includes a date window.
Beating at a frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 vibrations per hour), the UN-118 movement with its silicium technology guarantees excellent precision and 60 hours of autonomy.
The rubber and titanium strap of the Diver has been reworked with the clasp replaced by a pin buckle and streamlined with just one Ulysse Nardin signature “element”.
A limited edition of 300 pieces, the Diver Great White is characterized not only by its white colour but also by the great white shark stamped on the case back.
The blue (ref. 1183-170-3/93) and black (ref. 1183-170-3/92) versions of the Ulysse Nardin Diver Chronometer have a price of Euro 7,900 while the Great White model (ref. 1183-170LE-3/90-GW) is Euro 8,900.
The Monaco Limited Edition (ref. 1185-170LE-3/BLACK-MON) comes in titanium and rose gold and it is easily recognizable for the image of the Monegasque flag at 12 o’clock. Its calendar disk has a specificity that corresponds directly to the Monaco Yacht Show; the numbers 26, 27, 28 and 29 in red mirror the dates of the 2018 event, held in the Principality’s Port Hercules on the French Riviera. The case back also bears the Monaco coat-of-arms. The Diver Monaco is a limited edition of 100 pieces with a price of Euro 12,000. ulyssenardin.com
