The screwed case back has a transparent mineral glass to showcase the movement which is, for both models, the automatic Oris Calibre 690 based on ETA 2836-2, with adjustable hour hand for local time, subsidiary second time zone with hour and minute hands and day and night indicator (home time) at 3 o’clock, small seconds at 9 o’clock.
The Oris-patented date at 3 o’clock adjusts with local time, even backwards over midnight.
The watch can be matched to a wide range of straps featuring an Oris-patented stageless length adjustment system that’s based on the airplane safety-belt principle. A stainless steel bracelet is also available as an option.
