Carl F. Bucherer Manero Flyback with Champagne Dial. A new champagne-coloured dial endows the Manero Flyback by Lucerne-based Carl F. Bucherer a tone of great elegance. The Carl F. Bucherer Manero Flyback with Champagne Dial (ref. 00.10919.03.13.01) has a retail price of Euro 21,400 / US$ 21,400.
A new champagne-coloured dial endows the Manero Flyback by Lucerne-based Carl F. Bucherer a tone of great elegance.
The base colour of the new electroplated dial is a gleaming champagne gold, while the dial train and the two subsidiary dials stand out in a deeper golden hue. The seconds display at 9 o'clock and the stop minutes at 3 o'clock are recessed, and work with the peripheral flange – complete with tachometer scale – to accentuate the three-dimensional design of the dial, enhanced by delicately faceted applied hour-markers and the lance-shaped hands in a rose gold hue.
The result is a dial which perfectly harmonizes with the warm rose gold of the classical round case measuring 43 mm in diameter.
The entire watch face is protected by a 4mm-high sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating on both sides, ensuring the time is easy to read from all angles.
The mushroom-shaped pushers controlling the chronograph function highlight the classical style of the watch, while their large surface area makes it possible to feel the pressure point of the chronograph buttons with precision.
Offering a power reserve of 42 hours, the in-house Calibre CFB 1970 offers a flyback function which is controlled by a column wheel and actuated by the pump pusher at 4 o’clock. This means that both chronograph hands can be reset to zero while the chronograph is still running, and thus a new measurement can be started without any intermediate delay and making it possible to perform a series of consecutive time measurements one after the other.
Secured on the wrist by a cognac-colour alligator leather strap complete with gold pin buckle, the Carl F. Bucherer Manero Flyback with Champagne Dial (ref. 00.10919.03.13.01) has a retail price of Euro 21,400 / US$ 21,400. carl-f-bucherer.com
