Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Master Control collection is enriched by three new models drawing inspiration from vintage features and characterised by silvered sector dials with blue accents and skeletonised baton hands.
The first one is the Master Control Date Ref. 1548530 coming in a 39 mm x 8.5 mm stainless steel case which houses the Jaeger-LeCoultre automatic Calibre 899/1 beating at 28,800 vph with 38 hours of power reserve. The retail price is around Euro 4,900 / US$ 5,700 before local taxes.
A 39 mm case in stainless steel is also used for the Master Geographic Ref. 1428530 which - at 11.8 mm - is a bit thicker than the Master Control Date.
Powered by the self-winding 4 Hz (28,800 vph) Calibre 939B/1, the Geographic displays time zones from around the world using its characteristic 24-city disc. Price: Euro 7,900 / US$ 9,400 before local taxes.
Finally, the Master Chronograph Ref. 1538530 is the larger of the three models with a diameter of 40 mm and a thickness of 12.1 mm. Its design will certainly appeal those who love a vintage touch in their timepieces.
The automatic column-wheel chronograph movement, Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 751G, is comprised of 235 parts and guarantees a power reserve of at least 65 hours. Its retail price is Euro 6,900 / US$ 8,000 before local taxes.
All the new timepieces are water resistant to 50 metres / 165 feet and engraved with the "1000 Hours Control" label on the back to confirm that they have successfully passed all tests for accuracy, resistance to temperature and barometric pressure changes, vibrations and magnetic fields as well as water resistance. jaeger.lecoultre.com
