The Portugieser Tourbillon Hand Wound model is now available in a new variation dedicated to Daniel Hastings Craig, the uncle of Florentine Ariosto Jones who founded the International Watch Company in Schaffhausen in 1868.
Craig was a successful businessman and offered financial support when his nephew established his Swiss watchmaking company to produce high-quality pocket watch movements for the US market. As a tribute to his uncle, Jones decided to inscribe the name "D.H. Craig" on the top plate of some of his top quality movements.
