In 2016 Hamilton relaunches the Khaki Navy Frogman in five model variations and two sizes, 46 mm and 42 mm.
The 46 mm model comes in a titanium case enhanced by an edgy, red unidirectional rotating bezel which frames a black dial with luminescent triple-faceted hours and minutes hands and a red-tipped seconds hand.
Equipped with the distinctive crown-protection device seen in the original watch as well as a helium valve to equal out internal and external pressures in saturation diving conditions, the new Frogman 46 mm in titanium is water-resistant to 1,000 meters/ 3,300 feet.
The collection includes 42 mm stainless steel versions with bezel, dial and rubber strap in black or blue. The watch can also be fitted with a triple-row bracelet secured by a smart adjustment folding clasp with diving extension.
The 42 mm models, which do not feature a helium valve, guarantee water resistance to 300 metres / 1,000 feet.
All models feature a solid case-back decorated with a scuba diver motif and comply with all the criteria imposed on diver’s watches by the ISO 6425 standard. Inside, the automatic H-10 calibre (base ETA C07.111) beating at 21,600 vph and offering a practical 80-hour power reserve.
