The Superfast Chrono Porsche 919 Jacky Ickx Edition maintains the 45 mm stainless steel case which houses the mechanical Chopard 03.05-M calibre, a 4Hz (28,800 vph) COSC-certified chronometer with a power reserve of 60 hours.
Water-resistant to 100 meters, the case features a bezel bearing a tachymetric scale and secured by eight blackened screws. The crown is adorned with a black rubber-moulded steering-wheel motif.
The dial displays the colours of the racing helmet worn by Jacky Ickx: a silver-toned background with an inner bezel ring and counters in dark blue dotted with white touches. The indications of the flyback chronograph function can be easily recognised for their red accents. The legibility is excellent in any light conditions because the metallic black hours/minutes hands and hour-markers are treated with Super-LumiNova.
Differently from the 2014 edition, this new model dedicated to Jacky Ickx features a solid case back engraved with the inscriptions "Official Timing Partner Porsche Motorsport" and "Jacky Ickx Limited Edition".
